QuickSpotCheck ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use your data when you use the Spotcheck mobile application.

2. Location Data

Our core service provides flight briefings based on your location. We collect:

• Precise GPS coordinates (when the app is in use).
• Anonymized location snapshots to populate our "Ghost Radar" pilot map.

Location data is used solely to calculate airspace restrictions, weather, and social hazards. We do not sell this data to third parties.

3. User Accounts

If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address via Supabase Auth. This allows us to sync your drone profiles and subscription status across devices. Guest users remain anonymized.

4. AI Analysis

Your telemetry data (location, drone type) is sent to our AI analysis engine (powered by Google Gemini) to generate flight briefs. This data is not stored permanently by the AI provider for model training.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. To comply with global privacy standards (including Google Play and Apple App Store policies), you have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

You can initiate a permanent data purge by visiting our Account Termination Page. This process uses email verification to confirm your identity before permanently removing your profile and flight logs from our tactical databases.
