SPOTCHECK IS AN ADVISORY TOOL ONLY. THE PILOT IN COMMAND (PIC) IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE OPERATION OF THEIR AIRCRAFT.

Airspace data, weather forecasts, and hazard detection provided by this app are sourced from third parties (NATS, OpenAIP, Met Office, OSM) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always perform a visual check of your surroundings and consult official aeronautical charts before flight.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Spotcheck, you agree to comply with all local aviation regulations (e.g., UK CAA CAP 722). You represent that you are at least 13 years old.

3. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for recreational or commercial FPV flight planning. Reverse engineering our API or scraping our data layers is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited AI briefings and live NOTAM data. Payments are handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel at any time via your device settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

QuickSpotCheck shall not be held liable for any damages, fines, or accidents resulting from the use of this software. You fly at your own risk.
